Alison and her husband moved to Estes Park in the summer of 2008 from Long Island, New York. They moved pretty much on a whim, having never visited Estes Park before, leaving their kids in college on the East Coast. Moving to the Rocky Mountains was a life-changing experience and they never regretted leaving the fast-paced life of New York.
Alison began her real estate career as a transaction coordinator in 2011. She got her license in 2016 and worked for a small independent real estate company before joining eXp Realty in 2020. Jan brings a warm, client-focused approach to The Inspired Living Group. Though newly licensed in Colorado, her real estate experience began in the late 1980s in New Hampshire and continued through many years in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where she and her husband personally bought, sold, and built multiple homes. This firsthand experience gives Jan a deep understanding of what today’s buyers need: clarity, communication, and a trusted advocate by their side.
Now based in Loveland, Jan loves helping clients navigate the home-buying journey with confidence. She is a calm communicator, a thoughtful listener, and a steady resource from start to finish. Her goal is simple—to help buyers find not just a home, but the right home for their next chapter.

Brooke began her professional journey in 2017, transitioning from her role working with children with autism and behavioral needs to embark on a career in Real Estate. She started as a Transaction Coordinator within a dynamic team, quickly demonstrating her organizational prowess and leadership potential. Recognized for her skills, Brooke advanced to the role of Director of Operations, where she not only managed transactions but also took on the responsibility of hiring and mentoring other Transaction Coordinators and Agents. Her natural aptitude for coaching and guiding others became evident during this time.
In 2022, Brooke decided to carve her own path and established her own Transaction Coordinator Company. Simultaneously, she pursued her passion for coaching Agents one-on-one, leveraging her extensive experience and insights to help them achieve their professional goals.
Beyond her career achievements, Brooke finds deep fulfillment in outdoor activities.
