Nicole’s lifelong passion for service and advocacy has shaped every step of her journey. From her earliest days as a Girl Scout to earning a degree in Criminal Justice, excelling in hospitality, and now thriving in real estate, Nicole’s work has always centered around one thing: helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Originally from New York and a college graduate from Maryland, Nicole first moved to Estes Park in 2011 and quickly fell in love with the natural beauty of the mountains and the warmth of the community. Though she stepped away in 2014 to begin a new chapter with the love of her life, the pull of the Rockies was undeniable. In 2019, she returned with her husband and their two daughters to embrace mountain living once more—and to plant deeper roots in the place that had captured her heart.
Nicole began her real estate career that same year, blending her background in hospitality with her dedication to service and community. Her approach is grounded in clear communication, client education, and sincere care—whether she’s helping first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or families preparing to sell a cherished home. Clients describe her as attentive, approachable, and deeply knowledgeable about the unique Estes Valley market.
Nicole is a trusted leader within the local and state real estate community. She currently serves as Past President of the Estes Valley Board of REALTORS® and is a Board Member of the Chamber Foundation and liaison to the Non-Profit Advisory Committee. She’s also a past Chair of the Colorado Association of REALTORS® Diversity and Inclusion Committee, reflecting her ongoing commitment to equity and representation in the industry.
Her professional designations include Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), and C2EX – Commitment to Excellence.
