Alison and her husband made the life-changing decision to move to Estes Park in the summer of 2008, leaving behind the fast-paced life of Long Island, New York. Drawn by the mountains and a desire for a slower, more intentional lifestyle, they planted roots in the heart of the Rockies—and have never looked back.
Alison began her real estate journey in 2011 and became a licensed agent in 2016. She joined eXp Realty in 2022 and, in 2024, launched The Inspired Living Group, where she proudly serves as Team Lead. With a strong foundation in both business and client service, Alison brings over a decade of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the unique Estes Park market with confidence and care.
She holds several professional designations, including the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS), and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) —each reflecting her commitment to excellence, equity, and specialized knowledge of mountain real estate.
Alison is an active leader within the Estes Valley Board of Realtors, having served as President, Secretary, and Director. She currently chairs the Professional Standards Committee, helping to uphold the integrity of the profession. She also serves on the Board of Estes Valley Crisis Advocates and generously donates the use of her short term rental properties to support Crossroads Ministry’s annual fundraiser.
Beyond real estate, Alison is passionate about her family. She treasures time with her husband, two married daughters, and three beautiful grandchildren, two of whom live locally. When she’s not guiding clients through the buying and selling process, you’ll find her hiking mountain trails or walking her beloved standard poodle, Maya.
Alison’s deep love for Estes Park and her passion for helping others create their own inspired mountain life are at the heart of everything she does.
